Term And Conditions

All Good(s), product(s), item(s) or service(s) provided by mooshop (NSA NIAGA) are on pre-order basis
unless stated. You will receive an order summary email upon completing your order successfully.
Mooshop has the right to cancel any orders that didn’t follow the rules of preorders / ready stocks
items.

Amendment
Any amendment on orders need to be done before the preorder deadline.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after preorder ends. All sales are final and no refunds or
order amendments are allowed.

Domestic Shipping Information
Estimated arrival time is approximately 3-4 weeks. Buyers can edit the delivery address before the
shipment starts. Local courier services are J&T and Poslaju.

Overseas Shipping Information
Depending on countries, tariffs may occur, and duties will be incurred by the purchaser. If it is not paid
within a certain period of time, the product will be automatically discarded, and if the product is
disposed of due to unpaid tariffs, it cannot be shipped again. Courier services are EMS and DHL Express.
If no customs clearance, the product will be automatically discarded, and if it is discarded due to no
customs clearance, the product cannot be delivered again
